The Vancouver Whitecaps will be looking to cap their busy week in MLS play with a win this Sunday at BC Place, as they host Austin FC. While the Verde are well below the playoff bar, they have been in decent recent form, so it should be an interesting test for Vancouver.

For the Whitecaps, they have been very solid against these kinds of teams this season, so the question will be whether that continues, especially considering they will have to travel to Montreal for a big second-leg Cup game midweek.

Guess the XI – Competition Rules

• Predictions are considered valid only if posted in the correct match thread before the official lineup is announced (typically about one hour before kickoff).
• You earn 1 point for each correctly predicted player in the Starting XI.
• You earn an additional 4 bonus points for correctly predicting all 11 starters.
• You earn 5 points for correctly predicting the match result (Win/Draw/Loss).
• This increases to 10 points if you also correctly predict the exact scoreline.
• Therefore, a perfect prediction (Starting XI + result + exact scoreline) is worth a maximum of 25 points.
