The Vancouver Whitecaps return to MLS action this weekend, as they head down the highway to face a struggling Seattle Sounders side.

The Sounders are going through their worst stretch of form in recent memory, while Vancouver are looking to get back on track after some poor results of their own since the World Cup. Something will have to give here.

Notably, the Whitecaps will be without Brian White for this match, so exactly who will lead the line for Vancouver is a big question.

Guess the XI – Competition Rules

• Predictions are considered valid only if posted in the correct match thread before the official lineup is announced (typically about one hour before kickoff).
• You earn 1 point for each correctly predicted player in the Starting XI.
• You earn an additional 4 bonus points for correctly predicting all 11 starters.
• You earn 5 points for correctly predicting the match result (Win/Draw/Loss).
• This increases to 10 points if you also correctly predict the exact scoreline.
• Therefore, a perfect prediction (Starting XI + result + exact scoreline) is worth a maximum of 25 points.

  15. before i give my expected starting line-up, i have to say that Tristain Blackmon seems off in this game- whether its a small nagging injury, personal reasons or its due to aging, he hasnt been himself when compared to 2024 and 2025
