Guess the Starting XI – Round One, Match Two vs. FC Dallas

Welcome back, everyone.

The Vancouver Whitecaps head down to Texas this weekend for the second leg of their best of three series with FC Dallas, as they look to close out the hosts and move on to the second round.

In terms of roster updates, here is the latest from training.

In terms of the standings, I think we will add the playoffs to the MLS Regular Season, as we have a tie at the top and this should help settle the MLS title!

Alright, on to rules and standings we go.

– Predictions will be ‘valid’ if posted HERE (or more accurately, whichever is the correct match thread) before the lineup is officially announced, usually about an hour before kickoff.
– You receive 1 point for every player you correctly guess to be in the Starting XI. You receive 4 bonus points for correctly predicting all 11 starters.
– You get 5 points for correctly guessing Win/Lose/Draw, this doubles to 10 if you also predict the right score-line along with the result.
– All this means, if you correctly predict the Starting XI, Final Score, and Winner, you can earn 25 points!
– At the end of each half of the season, the contestant’s lowest two scores (or missed predictions) of that period will be deducted from the cumulative standings.

    I would keep the same lineup since it worked but seems like Laborda is getting everyone’s line up so might have messed that one up.
    I feel like Dallas might be dirty if they look like they aren’t going to take us out so hopefully the boys return uninjured.

    And lets go 2-0 hmmm …. no not going to say Dallas it’s the Caps that do it.
